This place honestly made me a little sad as a Nepali. Nepali food is not just about the food itself—it’s also about the hospitality, warmth, and the feeling of being welcomed. This felt more like a fast food chain. I ordered a plate of momo, and unfortunately, they were among the most flavorless momo I’ve ever had. I was really hungry, but after trying them, I honestly didn’t feel comfortable ordering anything else. More than anything, I just didn’t find the food authentic. Nepali cuisine has such distinctive flavors, and I felt that was missing here. I truly hope the restaurant takes this as constructive feedback, because with the right attention to flavor and hospitality, Nepali food can be an incredible experience.

First time trying Momo Kitchen, and it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend the chili momo, and don’t skip the banana momo for dessert it was so good! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their Nepalese dishes!

This is first restaurant I visited while here in Norfolk. Its a very clean place and the food reflected that. I ordered a moderately spiced chicken chili platter that was delicious but what I received was definitely in the range of hot 🔥 🥵. So be careful when asked how spicy you want your food. Service was relatively quick and friendly. Id return to try the chicken curry and would recommend MOMO Kitchen to any friend or family 👌.

A wonderful spot. We’ve come here several times and it’s always been a calm, quiet atmosphere with excellent, friendly staff and amazing food. We loved the curry, tika masala, and dumplings (not pictured). Reasonable prices.

Momo’s Kitchen is truly phenomenal. Every dish tasted incredibly fresh and packed with flavor—you can tell they use quality ingredients and put real care into the food. The staff was just as impressive: friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to guide us through the menu with great recommendations. They made the whole experience feel welcoming and effortless.
